- Shipping and Delivery:
- Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.
- In-stock items usually ship within 48 business hours.
- Delivery time depends on product availability and chosen shipping method.
- Deliveries are limited to US and Canada locations.
- Backordered Products:
- Popular items may be occasionally out-of-stock.
- Backordered products take 1-4 weeks to ship.
- Receive email notifications upon shipment.
- Shipping and Handling Charges:
- Charges are calculated based on your order total.
- Indicated during checkout.
- Calculate charges in your cart by selecting the destination and service level.
- Customs and duty fees are the recipient’s responsibility.
- Shipping to PO Boxes/APO/FPO:
- P.O. Boxes are not shipped to.
- Products can be shipped to APO and FPO addresses, typically via USPS.
- Specify US, AE, or AP for respective destinations.
- Select United States for all addresses.
- Sales Tax:
- Sales tax is applied in states where service providers and partners operate.
- RegalTeeStyle collects sales tax in specific states.
- In the EU, sales tax is calculated based on the standard rate.
- Return Policy:
- Products can be returned within 90 days of the original purchase date.
- Notify within 30 days if your order is not received.
- NEST PRODUCTS: Returns accepted for damaged or incorrect items within 15 days of receipt. Report to [email protected].
- Backorder Items:
- Items listed as backordered are temporarily out of stock.
- Negative inventory indicates backorder status.
- Orders can be placed but expect an additional 2-4 weeks for shipping.
- Returns for Gift Cards and Custom Decorated Items:
- Gift Card sales are final.
- No returns or exchanges for custom-decorated merchandise.
- Include details on the original packing list for returns.

- Tracking Orders:

- Making Changes to Orders:
- Order Cancellation:

- If the order cannot be canceled, it may be returned.
- Gift Card and Certificate Purchases:
- Gift certificates can be purchased separately.
- Gift Card sales are final.
- Codes are associated with the user account entering the code.
- Recommended to log in or register before using a gift code.
- Redeeming Gift Cards and Coupon Codes:
- Enter the code on the SHOPPING CART page.
- The discount is subtracted from the order total.
- Proceed to checkout. If the gift certificate balance is insufficient, use alternative payment methods.
- Unused balances are recorded for future purchases. Repeat for multiple gift cards.
