Order Processing:
- Orders are processed Monday-Friday.
- All in-stock merchandise orders are shipped within 48 hours.
Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges are additional.
Standard Shipping:
- Orders are shipped based on corporate shipping guidelines.
- We do not ship to Post Office (PO) boxes.
Express Shipping:
- Orders placed by 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time can be shipped the same day, pending credit card authorization.
- Best efforts are made to ship all in-stock merchandise orders within 24 hours.
Tracking Packages:
- An order tracking number will be included on your order status page.
- Click directly on the tracking number to track the package.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear on USPS, FedEx, or UPS websites.
- If there are questions about your order, we will contact you via phone or email.
Packing Slip Confirmation:
- All orders should arrive with a packing slip.
- Confirm that the information on the packing slip matches the materials in the box.
- Note any damage to the box if there is a discrepancy.
COVID-19 Status Updates: Production Process & Dispatch Time:
- Estimated ship timelines do not include handling time.
- Our products are made to order and printed on demand, requiring a handling time.
- Most products usually ship within 7-10 days, while licensed products usually ship within 7-15 days.
- During holidays, such as Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, shipping time may add an additional 3-5 days.
